Hi, I’m Sarah James — a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered through fitness.

With over 5 years of experience, I specialize in strength training, weight loss, and functional movement. My goal is to make fitness approachable and enjoyable, no matter your starting point.

I believe in progress over perfection, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. When I’m not training clients, I love hiking, cooking healthy meals, and spending time with my rescue dog, Luna.
